IAHSA Programmes Overview

Quality through innovation and research is one of IAHSA’s core values. We have developed three major programmes that enable our members to share their ideas and service models as part of the Global Ageing Network. Organisations who participate in these programmes have the opportunity to be recognised on a global level in acknowledgement of their significant contributions to the quality of life for older people.

Our major programmes include:

Excellence in Ageing Services Award
Organisations and/or individuals are honoured for their programmes and/or services that are models of innovation and excellence.

International Design for Ageing Symposium & Showcase
Architecture and design firms are invited to share their innovations in senior living design and programming through a unique showcase presented at our international conferences.

International Research Initiatives
Through partnerships with the Center for Aging Services Technology (CAST) and the Institute for the Future of Aging Services (IFAS) we are able to advance a quality applied research agenda.
